Why does every soup on the planet contain way too many onions?
I bought some potato leek soup tonight and it tasted like onions in onion broth. Fuckin' onions! Enough! why do you taunt me with your evil power over all vegetarian recipes. Just because I'm a vegetarian doesn't mean I want my meals swimming in pools of slimy white onions. Sure a little is alright, when I make my own soup I cut the onion amount in half or quarter and man what a tasty soup it turns out to be. No unpleasant textures or stink explosions in your mouth. I'm just still peeved about my crappy dinner.
